Core Values Keep Core Clients

We started off on March 1, 2007 in a small, humble, basement home-office. Now, almost 12 years later, we're sharing space in a building in Winnipeg's Route 90 business district.

We have grown over the years, and we are proud to continue looking after our same core set of clients that we started with (and new ones too). They've stuck with us because we've always been true to our core values:

  • Every client is as different as every solution. Never make the client fit the solution - make sure the solution fits the client.

  • Every client is a friend. Never sacrifice a long-term relationship for short-term gain.

  • Honesty is always the best policy. If you mess up, own it, fix it, and don't do it again.

  • If you can't explain it in plain English, then you don't understand it either. Make sure that you do.

  • Keep learning every day. Information Technology changes quickly and it doesn't wait for you to catch up.

Client retention is not rocket science. It is about delivering consistent, exceptional service, bringing value to the client's organization, and remembering that clients are the reason we are here, not an interruption of our day.
